3D CAD Services

Our 3D M&E co-ordination services are provided using the latest 3D co-ordination software. We are able to provide full mechanical and electrical services co-ordination. This is of particular interest to Building Services Contractors and Consultants and when combined with 3D building and structural steelwork models can indicate where clashes or problems areas exist in the design which can be rectified at the design stage before these problems occur on-site. As more and more building projects are have their time on site reduced to a minimum so the co-ordination at design stage becomes more critical.

Our co-ordination team are able to provide fully co-ordinated layouts, section drawings and bills of material schedules to assist in the design and cost control during the course of the project.
